The Concept
With my husband being a builder and myself an interior designer we set out to design and build our first home. We wanted it to be unique but also cost-effective. By using simple materials and initiative design, we feel we achieved this. We are very happy with the end result.
Justine wouldn't describe her house as any one style. It is multiple; a mix of boho, modern, contemporary, Scandi and a little bit industrial. Her main inspiration came from Pinterest, home magazines and from walking through a lot of show homes taking notes.

Why Justine chose the Galaxy
We are a family of 5, and live on a small lifestyle block with chickens, cows, sheep and the family dog. We love outdoor living and entertaining, hence why we chose the biggest BBQ we could find but that also looked the part in our beautiful outdoor entertaining area. We loved that we could make it look integrated and that we could add on extras eg fridge and it all fitted together to look like a built in.
